My room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table. It was in a comfortable and absolutely perfect location to eating places.

Everything was great, we had perfect 9 days here. The hotel was close enough to other eateries w/in easy walking distance as well as Venice Beach thanks to its convenient location. Furthermore, close to beaches ans Hollywood.

As a tourist, I loved the clean and spacious room at Sunburst. The friendly staff and good value made my stay even better. The hotel had Wi-Fi that worked well, and the suite had a microwave and refrigerator. I also appreciated the convenient parking where I could park at my door each day. The hotel's location was perfect as it had easy access to popular attractions like the Getty, Downtown, LACMA, CBS TV City, and Venice/Santa Monica Pier. Additionally, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

I felt so comfortable during my stay at Sunburst that nothing was too much trouble.

Poor wifi, you really need a car to get around. The "spa" is actually a tiny bathtub on the parking lot in the shades!

Overall had good stay for the price. The room we had was brand-new with the jacuzzi and the staff was very responsive. Our hotel was in a comfortable location very close to all the stores.

Great staff, resolved reservation issue, professional and caring. Good location for Hollywood and beaches. Room was fine and check out at 11 am was convenient.

The breadfast could be improved. The room is located at the road side and the noise was little increased.

Low cost / clean room

I ordered a King Suite but only got a King Regular. I passed by an open door of a King Suite, so I know the difference. I was there for one night, so it wasn't worth complaining about - but it was an error.

Loved the room with the jacuzzi, my bed was very comfy. It was in a central setting close to everything I were there for.

I like a lot that there are still smoker rooms available and that it is in a reasonable distance to Venice beach.
